| Review of appeals from citizens and organizations |

Since the beginning of 2009 Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan received 20 appeals from physical and legal entities of the Republic.
Of them there were:
5 appeals from legal entities,
3 - from public associations, and
12 - from citizens.
The following subjects were raised in the appeals:
- about actions from the part of deputies of the Parliament and maslikhats - 6;
- about the procedure for financing pre-election campaign - 2;
- about actions from the part of election commissions and maslikhats - 6;
- about the procedure for compilation of voter lists - 1;
- about violations during pre-election campaign and elections - 5.
The Central Election Commission provided timely responses and explanations to all received appeals.
