| Financial and Organizational Support of Foreign Observers’ Activities |

Financial and organizational support of activities of foreign observers is to be provided by the parties that sent the observers.
International organizations, international public associations, foreign government agencies, foreign legal entities or natural persons are prohibited from providing financial support to the elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan and from any direct or indirect involvement in financing of the elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
