Vice-Chairperson of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Born in January 20, 1951 in Chelyabinsk.
Graduated from Almaty State University after Abai. Specialty – a lawyer.
In 1969 worked as an assistant of train driver of locomotive depot of Gudermes station of Northern-Caucasus railway.
Working activity:
- 1970 – assistant of train driver of Leninogorsk multimetal industrial complex of Eastern-Kazakhstani region.
- 1970 -1972 – cadet of technicians school of Navy of Severodvinsk.
- Since October 1972 – 1979 – warrant officer of regiment 51206-A Northern navy, Gadzhievo of Murmansk region.
- Since October 1972 – 1979 – warrant officer of regiment 51206-A Northern navy, Gadzhievo of Murmansk region.
- 1979 – 1990 – shaftman of Ridder mine of Leninogorsk multimetal industrial complex, Eastern-Kazakhstani region.
- 1990 – 1994 - deputy of 13th convocation, member and then Secretary of the Committee of the Supreme Soviet of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of activity of Council of People’s deputies, development of government and self-government, Alma-Ata.
- 1994 – consultant, head of legal department of Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- In May 4, 2000 was elected a member of Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan
In June 25, 2003 at the plenary meeting of Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan was elected a Secretary of Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since January, 2007 - Vice Chairperson of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
