Born in August 1, 1949 in Kok-ozek village of Dzhambyl region, Almaty oblast

Graduated from Kazakh Polytechnic Institute after V.I. Lenin, specialty - engineer-economist.

Labor activity:

• After graduating from the Institute worked as a rate-setting engineer, senior planning engineer of Bayankol exploration expedition, senior planning engineer, head of division, deputy head of Central exploration expedition (1971-1979); instructor, head of section of
• Kapchagai town committee of communist party (1979-1986);
• Secretary of party committee of “Yuzhkasgeologiya” (1986-1990);
• consultant, senior expert of correspondence and reception of citizens department, senior inspector of organization and inspecting and territorial development department of the Apparat of the President and Cabinet of Ministers of RK (1903-93);
• deputy head of personnel policy department of Apparat, Administration of the President of RK (1993-96). Since January 1996 – Vice Chairperson of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
