Member of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan
He was born on January 1, 1952 in village Uch-Aral, Talas district, Zhambyl oblast.
Since 1969 to 1974 he was student of Kazakh Polytechnic Institute named after V.I. Lenin.
In 1987 he graduated from Alma-Ata High Party School.
Member of Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan since April 2008.
Work experience:
- Since 1974 to 1980 γγ. founder, shift foreman at Copper-Smelting Plant of Zhezkazgan Mining and Metallurgical Industrial Complex named after K.I. Satpayev.
- Since January to June 1980 Head of Unit at Copper-Smelting Plant of Zhezkazgan Mining and Metallurgical Industrial Complex named after K.I. Satpayev.
- Since 1980 to 1984 instructor, deputy director of the industrial and transport department in the Zhezkasgan Oblast Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan.
- Since 1984 to 1987 instructor, inspector of Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan.
